As long as the line stays active continuously on the same plan, subject to the terms. A change in VAT, a mandatory tax or an exceptional, material change beyond the company's control may lead to a price update, subject to the law and to advance notice.

Minimum billing period

There is no fixed commitment period. If services abroad are actually used, a minimum subscription of 4 months from joining applies. If 4 months have already passed since joining, you can disconnect even after using services abroad, with no further waiting period.

Questions before take-off

Does the 120GB renew every month?

No. It is an annual data bank valid for 12 months from the plan's activation. You use it across your trips during the year.

The data bank includes 120GB and resets at the end of the period. Call and SMS allowances abroad renew according to the plan terms.

In which countries can I use the plan?

The service is available in supported countries, networks and calling destinations, according to the lists kept up to date on the Neptucom website. Before travelling, check the destination, the network and device compatibility.

What happens if the data bank runs out?

Using up an allowance may block the service until it renews or until you buy an add-on. There are no overage charges beyond the allowances, unless explicitly stated otherwise and agreed to by the customer.

In Israel, extra data can be bought through technical support. Abroad, extra data and calls can be bought in My Account, subject to availability, terms and rates.

Can I go over my plan's limits and be charged extra?

No. There are no overage charges and no extra automatic charges beyond the monthly payment for use beyond the allowances included in the plan.

When an allowance runs out, the relevant service is blocked until the allowance renews or until you choose to buy an add-on. An add-on is charged only if you chose to buy it and approved the payment.

Is there a commitment?

As long as services abroad have not actually been used, you can disconnect, port out or change plans without a charge for a minimum period.

After using data or calls abroad, if you disconnect, port out or switch plans before completing 4 months from the plan's activation, the balance up to 4 full months of subscription will be charged. Receiving SMS only abroad does not trigger this condition. You can request disconnection or porting at any time, subject to settling valid charges.

When do the allowances in Israel renew?

Data, call and SMS allowances in Israel renew overnight between the first and second day of every calendar month, regardless of the billing date.
