If you have ordered delivery to a business address, please state the company name next to the name of the person placing the order. The products are shipped through external companies and in accordance with the policies of those companies, and it is emphasised that delivery times cannot be monitored by the Company and are not under its control, and you declare that you shall have no claim against the Company due to disruptions in delivery through those companies. The Company or anyone on its behalf shall not bear any liability for delays in the delivery of products as a result of events beyond its control, such as strikes or lockouts, computer system failures, delivery service failures, hostile acts, closures, epidemics and/or force majeure. In such cases the Company may announce the cancellation of the order and cancel the customer's charge. In addition, in any purchase or transaction (including the purchase of a product, service, data package, number porting, purchase of a new number or any other service), if the systems identify a first name and surname that are invalid, an inactive or invalid phone number, an email address with an unclear username or a disposable email address, or cardholder details that are not understandable – the transaction may be rejected and the purchase will be refunded. If, after review, the purchase has been refunded, the Company takes no responsibility for any damage caused to the customer as a result of the cancellation of the transaction.

1. The product may be returned and the transaction cancelled within 14 days from the date of the transaction, or from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of a written document relating to the transaction, whichever is later.
2. A customer with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as defined by law, may return the product and cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date of the transaction, or from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of a document containing the transaction details, whichever is later.
3. In any case where the cancellation of the transaction requires the return of a product, the product must be returned in its original packaging without any defect or missing part, to the address and/or service representative of the Company, as provided to the customer by the Company.

1. If the services were ordered at a point of sale, the engagement may be cancelled within 14 days from the date the agreement was made, or from the date of receipt of a written document relating to the engagement, whichever is later. If the Company has begun to provide the service to the customer, the Company will charge the customer the proportional consideration for the service provided; if the customer received goods from the Company for the purpose of providing the service, the customer must return them to the point of sale;
2. If the customer purchased goods from the Company (such as terminal equipment) at a point of sale, the purchase may be cancelled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This provision applies only if the goods are returned to the Company undamaged and unused.
3. To receive a refund, the customer must present proof of the purchase or the order of the service, the date on which it took place, the amount paid and the means of payment (such as an invoice, exchange slip, etc.), and the Company will refund the amount paid, or cancel the charge, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, or another amount set by law, whichever is lower, and it may also deduct the credit card clearing fees charged to it.

5. In the case of cancellation of a transaction made by a purchaser who benefits from a VAT exemption / VAT at a rate of 0, if a new purchase is made after the cancellation, the new purchase will be subject to the VAT/VAT exemption rules relevant to that purchase and is not connected to the previous purchase that was cancelled.
6. Cancellation of a transaction in which the customer was given a gift/benefit: as a condition for cancellation, the gift must be returned in working order, complete, in its original packaging and unused. Where Neptucom decides, beyond the letter of the law, to allow cancellation of the transaction without return of the gift, the customer will be charged the value of the gift according to Neptucom's official price list at the time of the transaction.
7. In the case of the purchase of an additional product at a discount/as a gift, cancelling the purchase of the first product will result in cancellation of the receipt of the additional product.
