Billing cycles and usage allowances
Service start
The service start date is the date on which the line is activated or the number porting is actually completed, as applicable.
Billing cycle
As a rule, the monthly charge will be made via the means of payment on the calendar day following the service start date.
Number porting completed on day 12.06.2026
The monthly charge will be made on the 13 of each month.
When the charge appears
The date on which the charge actually appears in the bank account or on the credit card may vary according to the issuer's clearing dates.
Usage allowances in Israel
On all plans, the data, call and SMS allowances in Israel renew on the night between the 1 and the 2 of each calendar month, regardless of the monthly billing date.
Annual abroad allowances
On plans that include an annual data bank, the entitlement period is 12 months from the service start date on the plan.

SwellWave
On this plan, 5GB is allocated every month, with the unused balance rolling over up to a cap of 60GB, in accordance with the plan terms.

Terms applicable to plans marketed as "price for life"
Where a plan is marketed by the Company as"price for life", this means that the monthly price approved for the customer at the time of joining will be maintained throughout the entire engagement period, as long as the line remains continuously active with Neptucom and the customer continues to be assigned to the same plan.
- The line remains continuously active with Neptucom.
- The customer has not ported the line to another operator.
- The customer has not cancelled the engagement.
- The customer has not switched to another plan.
A change in the joining prices offered to new customers will not change the monthly price of an existing customer who previously joined the same plan, as long as they meet the conditions set out above.
In the event of porting the line to another operator, disconnection of the line, termination of the engagement or switching to another plan, the entitlement to the original price will lapse. If the customer rejoins in the future or returns to the previous plan, insofar as it is still available, the prices and terms in effect at the time of the new joining or switch will apply.
In the event of a change in the VAT rate or in any tax, levy or other mandatory payment imposed on the service by law, the total price will be updated upwards or downwards accordingly, as applicable.
Notwithstanding the above, in an exceptional case of a material change beyond the Company's reasonable control, including a change in law or regulation, an instruction from a competent authority, a force majeure event, a material and unforeseen change in the costs of providing the service, or a material change in the terms of engagement with infrastructure providers or communications operators in Israel or abroad, which makes continuing to provide the plan at the original price impossible or materially unreasonable, the Company shall be entitled to update the plan price to the reasonable and necessary extent only, subject to the provisions of the law and after giving the customer prior notice to the extent required.
The "price for life" commitment applies only to the plan's monthly subscription fees, and does not apply to additional services, equipment, delivery, add-ons, additional packages, optional services or other charges not included in the plan price.
General notes and terms
- All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- The services and allowances are subject to the terms of the chosen plan, the engagement agreement and the plan essentials.
- The Company may update prices, services and tariffs in accordance with the provisions of the law and the engagement agreement.
- In the event of a conflict between this document and the plan essentials or the transaction summary provided to the subscriber, the plan essentials or the transaction summary, as applicable, shall prevail.
